The Zen Flow Wellness Event is an immersive experience brought to you by Jayden Gunn and the help of likeminded passionate individuals. Jayden Gunn started her cannabis career at a medical greenhouse in 2018. Gunn is currently studying to be a holistic nurse and incorporate the medicinal benefits of cannabis to her practice. Zen Flow promotes holistic well- being and mindfulness while using cannabis. This event aims to introduce cannabis as a tool for wellness, highlighting its potential to complement and enhance healing practices such as yoga and meditation. The event, which includes activities such as movement, expressive painting, and creative writing, and meditation, is designed to create a space where participants can explore the benefits of cannabis in a mindful and intentional way. By combining cannabis with mindfulness practices, attendees can tap into a deeper level of relaxation, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
